This role provides leadership through team meetings, coaching and professional development while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance. The DFA is responsible for achieving strong financial aid outcomes and improvement of key metrics reputed company to student and service levels.Essential Functions:Team Leadership and Development

- At least three (3) years of experience in Title IV aid administration, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience leading a team.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to enroll in NSLDS.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of financial literacy and student loan repayment options.
