Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating, with a focus on federal government projects and self-performed work.
- Proven expertise in estimating reputed company divisions of construction (architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.) without subcontractor input, including conceptual estimating with limited information.
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. Government reputed company, secured spaces (e.g., SCIF construction and modifications), and federal specifications such as UFGS, FAR, and other DoD/DoE guidelines.
- Experience bidding both union and non-union projects across diverse geographic locations reputed company and worldwide.
