The Role

As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and happiness. You'll collaborate closely with our customers to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This is a remote position, with occasional onsite client visits required.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their requirements

• Ensure customer satisfaction and happiness by delivering exceptional customer support and technical expertise

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience

• 6+ years of technical support engineering and customer service experience
• Familiarity with major conversational AI platforms, including the creation and deployment of virtual agents
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, especially reputed company debugging or enhancing virtual agents
• Experience working with REST APIs, SDK, and Webhooks to integrate virtual agents with backend services, databases, and third-party systems
• Ability to troubleshoot API errors and ensure smooth integration between the virtual agent and external systems (CRM, databases, etc.)
• Solid understanding of core web technologies, like HTTP/HTTPS, REST, web reputed company, SSL/TLS
• Basic understanding of NLP concepts and how virtual agents process language and handle intents, entities, and reputed company management
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, reputed company Cloud, or reputed company Azure for deploying virtual agents in scalable, cloud-based environments
• Flexibility to work on weekends and EMEA time zones, which may include evening shifts, depending on the specific needs of the business or customers
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a background in consultation
• Ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert on blithequark's architecture and collaboration space

Preferred Qualifications

* Project management experience, working reputed company large/enterprise level and Telco space

• Understanding of Managed Services and ITiL concepts and practices
• Experience working with virtual agents and conversational AI platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure
• Experience with REST APIs, SDK, and Webhooks
• Understanding of NLP concepts and how virtual agents process language and handle intents, entities, and reputed company management
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, reputed company Cloud, or reputed company Azure

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $76,800 - $186,200
