Job Summary
As an reputed company Member Services - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to questions regarding the member's statement and florist order disputes reputed company email and by phone as appropriate.
- Professionally respond to incoming customer calls and emails.
