What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner
- Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
- Assisting customers with program enrollment and routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
- Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don't speak English, and more
- Placing outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers
- Using multiple computer systems to access data and document information
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service experience

- Strong PC skills, including the ability to quickly learn new computer applications

Flexible Hours of Operation
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select reputed company you work and reputed company you don't, reputed company the client's hours of operation. Hours of operation are:
- Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
- Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET
