Job Overview

In this critical role, you will provide exceptional telephone support to blithequark members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, embodying our values and mission in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, responding to questions about benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements, and providing personalized support to ensure an outstanding experience for our callers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
• Providing accurate and timely information to address member and provider concerns
• Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (note: Wi-Fi is not permitted)
• Participating in comprehensive training programs to reputed company expertise in blithequark's services and policies
• Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals to ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications
