The Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Team Leader to reputed company a team of customer service associates. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also driving team performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor team performance (15+ associates) and provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and reputed company targets

  • Conduct managerial routines, such as team meetings, to communicate goals, updates, and service procedures
  • Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement and work closely with different functions to streamline processes and resolve issues
  • Responsible for employee engagement and professional development
