Your Role as a Virtual Chat Support Specialist

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers navigating our website or mobile app. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat, providing support, answering questions, and offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, providing support, answering questions, and offering suggestions based on their needs.

  • Work shifts totaling 7 hours per day, logging into our Shopify platform to interact directly with customers in real-time.
  • Utilize product knowledge to address customer queries, guide their shopping experience, and offer thoughtful recommendations.
  • Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

* Must have a computer or mobile device with internet access capable of utilizing chat functions.
