We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media. You will be the main reputed company of contact for Bilingual communication with our customers, empowering them to live active lifestyles by sharing product knowledge and providing solutions to their needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers through a variety of mediums, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media.
