Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work in a remote environment, using your own computer and internet reputed company, and will be required to adhere to a set schedule. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and/or verify needed information for our cases by answering incoming calls

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer navigation skills (ability to move between multiple windows and programs)

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good data entry and typing skills (35+ WPM)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screen
