Job Overview

As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Locker+ locations, providing top-notch service to our customers, and working collaboratively with your team to drive success. Your role will involve receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that reputed company operations run smoothly and reputed company
  • Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders, and to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates
  • Receive truck deliveries, and ensure that reputed company packages are handled and processed correctly

Physical and Environmental Requirements

As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be required to reputed company physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

Essential Qualifications
