Job Summary
As a Shopify Chat Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for managing live chat customer support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through their purchasing process. Key Responsibilities
* Manage live chat customer support for clients' websites and social media accounts
- Troubleshoot issues and provide detailed product information to customers

Essential Qualifications
