Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to reputed company and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Applying a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
- Designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
- Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from our systems, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
- Effectively communicating data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
- Recognizing patterns to define gaps in our applicant tracking system and strain extrude at a system level with responsible parties (end-users, system admins, etc.)
- Ensuring a seamless integration with reputed company systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of whole cycle recruiting
- Prior relational database experience
- Proficiency in SQL and one of a reputed company query languages
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
