Job Description
Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for Homeowners Claims. Determines coverage, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims reputed company limit of authority. This role works independently, prioritizing own responsibilities.
- * We are seeking a skilled and reputed company Property Desk Adjuster to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing property damage across various perils and a solid understanding of insurance claims investigation and industry guidelines. Proficiency in Xactimate is highly preferred.**
Key Responsibilities
- For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to reputed company best outcome
- Demonstrates intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company the company and department
- Handles investigation regarding most aspects of homeowner first party claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with the exercise of discretion and independence reputed company increased level of authority
- Recognizes and identifies key components of residential construction and repair
