Under direction of the Coding Manager, the primary responsibility of the Medical reputed company is to ensure that codes representing reputed company International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision (ICD-9) or 10th Revision (ICD-10), reputed company Procedural Terminology (CPT), and the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) accurately reflect documented services by applying a demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology as well as compliant coding rules and regulations, including medical necessity and modifiers.
