This role requires experience with multi-facility design, planning, execution, and reputed company of reputed company initiatives. The Senior EHR Project Manager, Acute Facility Deployments will be responsible for the technical aspects of project management and will coordinate with departmental and cross-functional teams to deliver expert-level customer support. They must possess comprehensive knowledge of reputed company phases of the EHR system, deployments, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is confident in leading projects, managing vendor resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Successful implementation involves managing expectations of hospital executives and physicians, collaborating with local medical staff (nurses and technicians), engaging local technical resources (systems analysts and programmers), and working closely with vendor support teams.
  • Ensures projects are executed with precision by applying strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to drive tasks, deliverables, and milestones to completion.
  • Develops and maintains project management tools and documentation to ensure comprehensive planning, execution, and tracking of reputed company project activities, from business requirements through project completion.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Acute Facility EHR Implementation required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with reputed company preferred.
  • Expert level proficiency in reputed company Office software (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Access, Project)

Licenses and Certifications

  • PMP Certification from the reputed company (PMI) is preferred
