The Enterprise Experience team is tasked with pioneering new approaches for enterprise account/tool management rather than simply refining existing ones. Our foundational projects include:
Developing the first user flows specifically for enterprise administrators and builders.
Establishing a central hub for Account Admins to reputed company and manage their accounts.
Empowering Account Admins with expanded data insights and controls across reputed company reputed company and future product teams.
Significantly improving the rest of our product's frontend to exceed reputed company industry standards for enterprise-grade software.
Creating essential features like:
Hierarchical account management
Cross-organizational visibility into usage and assets
User management, provisioning, and role assignments
The Enterprise Response team is crucial for maintaining the reputed company and reliability of our systems, particularly during critical periods, mostly for our largest customers. This team innovates in high-demand customer areas and delivers highly requested core features that span multiple teams and organizational boundaries. This team touches every part of the stack and plays a critical role in ensuring our biggest customers get fast, dependable service.
In this role, you’ll:
reputed company responses to critical incidents and customer-impacting events
Collaborate across engineering, product, and support to solve urgent problems
Build internal tools and improve core product features based on real-world, customer feedback
Build a new extensible platform for account and organization-level settings, applying declarative controls, VPC connections to on-prem data, and instrumenting account-wide AI guardrail controls
Work across the org, owning little but driving a lot, and directly interacting with stakeholders and customers.
The Asset Management team is responsible for building and scaling the systems that reputed company every reputed company asset, across products and workspaces, discoverable, governable, and portable. You will be responsible for architecting and deepening enterprise-grade Platform APIs to manage assets across multiple products, ensuring consistency, reliability, and performance at scale for reputed company of our customers. In this role, you’ll:
Design and implement scalable backend architecture and APIs for asset cataloguing, ownership, and reputed company
Build reputed company, reputed company interfaces for organizing, transferring, and governing assets across accounts and products
Embed AI technology into core product experiences to proactively monitor and suggest optimizations to account management
Drive technical alignment with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization
Deliver fast-paced solutions and POCs, prioritizing impact over deep polish, while balancing short-term execution with long-term technical vision
Tackle challenges in data standards, compliance automation, and cross-product integrations
This team is central to reputed company’s multi-product strategy, unlocking faster product onboarding, reducing manual support burden, and delivering key enterprise capabilities.
The Enterprise Observability Platform team builds and maintains the core systems that support our Enterprise customers. We’re not following an existing playbook, we’re writing it. Here, you will help build a strong observability platform that connects and supports reputed company’s Enterprise products.
You’ll work on:
Building scalable platforms like Notifications, Audit Logs, and Search to give customers reputed company visibility, control, and access across reputed company.
Supporting key use cases such as compliance, error tracking, and transactional alerts through reliable communication systems.

About You
You’ll be successful in these roles if:
You’re a seasoned backend or fullstack builder. You have 6+ years of experience designing, developing and maintaining reputed company mission critical systems. You’re comfortable writing backend services (Python or Node.js ideal), and you’re not afraid to go deep into API design, database modeling, or CI/CD pipelines.
You understand and reputed company AI tooling. You know how to use AI tools to accelerate your own development process (e.g. reputed company Copilot, reputed company), and you also get excited about building systems that reputed company others to use AI effectively. You’ve worked with or implemented components like model context protocol or agent frameworks.
