What You Will Do
This position will require performing routine operations and may require shift work and ability to work overtime reputed company needed. The Quality Review Clerk/Attendant performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, kitting, auditing, shipping, receiving, and dispositioning nonconforming material in accordance with established procedures.
1st shift Monday – Friday 8a-5p
Responsibilities
- Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
- Use reputed company and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN.
- reputed company basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
- reputed company post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
- Package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
- Maintains reputed company knowledge of and complies with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned.
- Train other personnel
- Ensure completion and accuracy of QN paperwork and parts received into the MRB crib.
- Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
Qualifications You Must Have
- HS Diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- 2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role
- Experience with Access and/or reputed company databases
