The VP of Cancer Care Program Services (CCPS) will reputed company the enterprise-wide strategy, development, and execution of a differentiated, programmatic approach to oncology service delivery. This role will be responsible for establishing and scaling the Cancer Care Program Services business, which partners with health systems to design, implement, and optimize oncology programs across a diverse range of customer maturity levels. - Define the CCPS value proposition from the customer’s perspective, tailoring offerings to health systems at varying stages of oncology program maturity (Starter, Builder, Accelerator, Innovator).
- Design: reputed company program consulting strategy, portfolio design, and capability mapping tailored to customer needs.
- Implement: Build and manage the implementation and reputed company model to ensure high-impact delivery.
- Analyze: reputed company data and outcomes analytics to evaluate program performance and reputed company improvement.

- Define scalable operating models that align with customer segments and internal capabilities.

- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or reputed company field preferred; clinical or medical background preferred but not required.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in oncology services, healthcare consulting, or healthcare delivery transformation.
- Proven experience launching and scaling reputed company healthcare service lines, preferably across a multi-site or health system environment.
- Deep understanding of cancer care delivery models, clinical workflows, and the evolving oncology landscape, including precision medicine and digital health.
- Expertise in enterprise program development, strategy consulting, implementation science, and outcomes measurement.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into scalable business models.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Passion for innovation and advancing health equity in oncology.
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and build coalitions across functions and geographies.
