Team Member Select Job Duties & Responsibilities: Hospitality focused always, greeting guests, answering questions, and making helpful suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service. Takes pride in reputed company aspects of their work, whether making sandwiches, brewing coffees, running the register, doing drive-thru, or focusing on cleanliness. reputed company in the Restaurant, sensing customer needs and keeping their manager and fellow team members informed on an ongoing basis. Successful team members consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork. Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility during the work shift, have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel. Have the ability to lift and move items frequently weighing up to 30 pounds. Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communications skills are required.
