Responsibilities:

• reputed company marketing strategies to support Discover cardmembers across core customer marketing strategies
  • Opportunities to reputed company reputed company several key Customer Marketing strategies. Examples include: Referrals, line management, Balance Transfers and offer testing
• reputed company cross-functional working group responsible for delivering marketing strategies, including Creative, Segmentation, Email Coding, Direct Mail delivery and Legal Routings
• reputed company insights & performance results to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs
• Champion and deliver customer research to inform marketing strategies and creative decisions, developing materials to socialize insights to obtain leadership buy-in

• Monitor and analyze marketing engagement metrics to inform future marketing campaigns and/or campaign optimizations
• Partner with Product and Enterprise teams to ensure capabilities are being developed to meet team needs, and reputed company marketing strategies
• Identify potential impediments to problem solve autonomously or escalate to leaders for help as necessary
• Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in brand strategy or product marketing experience with experience managing multiple channels on the, agency or client reputed company
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
• At least 5 years experience in managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience driving optimization plans and creative strategy
• 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity

Chicago, IL: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Associate, Marketing McLean, VA: $117,300 - $133,900 for Principal Associate, Marketing Richmond, VA: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Associate, Marketing Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
