Job Description

We are searching for an reputed company reputed company Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible to focus on managing core technology and process components reputed company Sales and Service Clouds along with additional third-party applications. This role should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing reputed company aspects of the reputed company platform. Upon completion on our initial build, the reputed company Administration will own daily management as well as enhancements to the Business.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Creating declarative process automation following best practice, leveraging up-to-date feature sets in the reputed company reputed company release
• Designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, etc. according to application requirements

• Performing critical updates and keeping up to date with reputed company release cycle
• Managing reputed company roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups
• Support ERP, IDW and PowerBI integrations partnering with application teams.

• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing

• Establish and ensure a collaborative working environment and culture to support business functions to consistently deliver world class end-to-end user experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of reputed company experience focused on Sales, Service and Field Service Lightning.
• Certified reputed company Administrator - Additional reputed company certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder and Trailhead Badges/Super Badges are desirable
• Experience in designing picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, reports, process automation, and dashboards according to application requirements
• Experience using reputed company data tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative
