Your Role at blithequark

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from reputed company walks of life and experiencing no two days the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
