You will tackle a diverse set of personalization problems — from ranking to overall page quality to cold start — to reputed company discovery easier for members, with a focus on TV / living room devices, where our members spend the majority of time with reputed company. • Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, researchers, and colleagues across content, communications, and marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
