Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and providing product and solutions expertise to help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
