Your Role at blithequark

You will be the face of blithequark, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from prospective or reputed company customers in a timely and professional manner
- Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or concerns with reputed company and efficiency

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment
- Polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are required
- Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed
- Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor
- Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail

- Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup
