Key Responsibilities
* Participate in research studies and provide valuable feedback on products and services
- Conduct data entry tasks, including typing, reading, and writing
- Provide customer service and support to clients and sponsors
- Complete administrative tasks, such as data management and reporting
- Utilize your webcam and smartphone for studies that require video conferencing and mobile participation
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
* Computer with internet access and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus
- Backgrounds in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, and sales are welcome, but not mandatory
