About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Medicaid Member Support Specialist, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, ensuring that reputed company interactions are handled in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates.

  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone.

Requirements
