We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team in Pennsylvania. As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you'll provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers.Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy
- Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
- Helping patients translate and enter new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
- Communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
- Ensuring the processing of specialty medications in a timely manner and meeting financial and clinical expectations prior to fulfillment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude
Preferred Qualifications

Education
