About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Indianapolis, IN. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative and image of our company, handling a variety of tasks and providing top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, verifying eligibility and coordinating non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services, utilizing transportation management systems to meet contract service levels
• Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population, responding to reputed company inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner, meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals
• Recognize, handle, and refer to situations of an emergent nature, responding to and documenting customer complaints
• Provide support on special projects as needed, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Must reside in the State of Indiana
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• High-speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
• A quiet space reputed company the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
