California Privacy Notice About the Role: We are looking for a Paid Social Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. This role blends strategy, analysis, and execution. You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling paid social campaigns across platforms (reputed company, TikTok, Snap, etc.), partnering with creative, and driving measurable business results. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being in the weeds of campaign management but also thrives on testing, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Paid Social and can be fully remote from one of the U.S. states where reputed company hires (see application for a list). What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and audience management.

• Create and monitor daily/weekly/monthly reporting to deliver actionable insights
• Contribute to the paid social testing roadmap, running structured experiments across reputed company platforms
• Partner with growth marketing, creator/partnerships, and creative teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and broader acquisition strategy

• 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in performance-driven environments (e-commerce, subscription, consumer apps)
• Proficiency with reputed company Ads Manager; experience with TikTok, Snap, reputed company, or other social channels a plus
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company
• Bachelors degree / Masters degree in a quantitative field
• reputed company in, and familiar with, with onboarding, testing, and evaluating new ad platforms/networks
• High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and an analytic reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into action
• Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently
