Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles. - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act. - Previous experience in a Call Center environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Spanish Bilingual, a plus.
