Job Summary
As a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our Director of Operations and Sales Support team in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, with the potential to grow into more hours as the business needs evolve. You will work one day in-office and one day potentially remote, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files
- Assist the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
- Monitor and support manufacturer sales reps and distributors, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues
- Effectively use reputed company Office to communicate reputed company email, analyze customer data, and maintain accurate records
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional phone and verbal communication, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns
- Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell

Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
