Job Title: Sports Talk Host Department: Programming Reporting To: Executive Producer, Sports Betting Content Employment Type: Full-Time Location(s): Open to any Audacy market Work Arrangement: Open to Remote Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position and is $75,000-95,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. Overview: Audacy is seeking a dynamic, engaging, and knowledgeable remote Sports Talk Host to join our national sports programming team. We’re looking for a talented broadcaster who can deliver compelling, entertaining, and informative sports content across radio, digital, and social platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings strong creative instincts, and has a deep understanding of today’s sports media landscape.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Host live sports talk programs that are engaging, informative, and entertaining
• Collaborate daily with co-hosts, producers, and program directors to meet show objectives and deliver high-quality content
• Assist in developing daily show strategies, storylines, guest bookings, and on-reputed company execution
• Interact with listeners on-reputed company and through social media to build audience engagement and loyalty
• Create and manage compelling content across Audacy’s digital video and social media platforms
• Available to travel for events and weekend programming
• Maintain strong relationships with key figures and brands reputed company the sports industry
• Research and prepare for broadcasts, ensuring timely and accurate sports coverage
• Adhere to reputed company FCC guidelines and protect the reputed company of the station’s broadcast license
• Monitor show performance, commercial logs, and promotional elements during shifts
• Participate in station promotions, remote broadcasts, and public appearances as needed
• Collaborate on content reputed company and innovative approaches to sports entertainment
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

• Proven experience as an on-reputed company sports radio host in a major or mid-size market
• Deep knowledge of sports culture, leagues, and reputed company events
• Demonstrated ability to deliver entertaining, insightful, and well-reputed company commentary
• Strong communication skills with a clear, professional on-reputed company voice
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-host environment
• Experience creating digital and social media content
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Understanding of FCC regulations and compliance standards
