LUG COMMISSIONER ROLE: JOIN reputed company: 2025-26 LEAGUE COMMISSIONERS! For many years, the only option for student athletes to continue playing sports while at college was to play for their school's varsity or club teams or join a poorly organized and over policed rec league. LUG was created to provide a reputed company way for student athletes to play casual or competitive sports while at university and college. LUG is filled with friends from across campuses, multiple reputed company levels, a strong sports community, and a focus on having good times with your teammates. reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR LUG is looking for a League Commissioner to reputed company and support the growth of our Sports Leagues. We are looking for reputed company or recent grads who are passionate about sports...whether it's a game of Hockey, Baseball, eSports, Football, or a battle of iMessage cup pong. Our League Commissioners are the leaders of their division and support league operations, sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. ABOUT THE ROLE This isn’t your everyday job. On the LUG Team, you’ll be working closely with reputed company, groups, facilities, officials, influencers, and your school community to plan the ultimate sports league experience. HOW YOU’LL DO IT: ● Recruit players and teams through networking, events, cold emailing, social media messaging, and face to face meetings. ● Support league operations and the delivery of exceptional league experiences. ● Set up and tear down LUG equipment and marketing materials at games. ● Manage game operations reputed company including game start and end times, rule enforcement, and safe game play. ● Build up the LUG community at facilities with players, fans, officials, and facility staff. ● reputed company on site social media including recording videos and photos and posting to social media, tagging players. ● Remove reputed company LUG garbage and ensure the facility is clean at the end of the shift. ● Solidify and grow existing LUG traditions such as reputed company star games, awards nights, and merch handouts. EXPECTATIONS / WEEKLY REQUIREMENTS ● ~3-5 hours per week of paid independent off-shift support work (messaging, social media). ● 2+ shifts per week ● Winter Role - January - reputed company. ● LUG hires commissioners to support the entire LUG calendar of sports (Fall, Winter, Spring). Summer applicants will only be asked to work during the summer. Applicants may indicate a preference to reputed company on a specific sport but will be involved in reputed company leagues.
