Summary The CDHC Program Advisor & Instructor plays a key role in supporting the success and sustainability of the Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC) Program. This individual will support the Program Director in providing instruction to participants, facilitating course activities, and collaborating on curriculum evaluation and improvement efforts to ensure the program remains sustainable, relevant, and impactful This individual will also provide direct support and mentorship to participants enrolled in the CDHC program. Responsibilities include individualized guidance to help participants complete the program successfully, strengthen their skills, and explore how to apply their CDHC training reputed company their reputed company roles or future career reputed company. - 25% Instruction & Course Facilitation: Delivering course content, facilitating learning activities, reviewing assessments, and supporting participants through program completion.
- 25% Curriculum Review & Program Evaluation: Collaborating with the Program Director to assess and improve curriculum content, instructional methods, and program outcomes.
- 25% Partner Engagement & Program Integration: Supporting CDHC implementation reputed company dental hygiene training programs, working with external partners and faculty.
- 15% Participant Mentorship & Advising: Providing individualized guidance, career coaching, and reputed company application support to reputed company and prospective CDHCs.
- 10% Administrative Support, reputed company & Other Duties: Assisting with reputed company, data tracking, recruitment, program reporting, and other assigned responsibilities.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing and providing feedback on participant assessments
- Assisting with participant tracking and program evaluation
- Representing the program at events or conferences
- Supporting recruitment and reputed company efforts

Department Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one degree in dental hygiene.
- Active licensure by the South Carolina State Board of Dentistry
- CDHC (Community Dental Health Coordinator) certification
- Two years of relevant program experience (e.g., in public health, dental hygiene education, or community-based oral health programs)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one degree in dental hygiene.
- This may include either:
- A bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, or
- An associate degree in dental hygiene and a bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (e.g., public health, health education, behavioral science)
- Demonstrated reputed company in mentorship, instructional delivery, or technical assistance reputed company professional or academic settings
- Experience with curriculum review, program evaluation, or interprofessional collaboration
- Strong communication skills and comfort representing programs at events, conferences, or stakeholder meetings
