Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving product-reputed company problems and questions
  • Answering incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, and providing technical support as needed
  • Assisting customers with order status, product information, and pricing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Informing customers of standard procedures and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for reputed company orders, as defined by Blithequark
  • Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
  • Demonstrating a high level of customer satisfaction, honesty, and reputed company, while living the Blithequark brand and fostering true friendships with customers
  • Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals reputed company other departments

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing or customer support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-reputed company issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines

Preferred Qualifications
