About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a 100% remote work arrangement. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary role will be to provide exceptional support and an effortless experience to our policyholders, addressing their insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of ensuring that we exceed our policyholders' expectations, utilizing every touchpoint as an opportunity to build value and the blithequark brand
  • Providing exceptional customer service experiences to our policyholders in every interaction
