[Remote] Leave of Absence and Accommodations Business Partner

They are seeking a Leave of Absence & Accommodations Business Partner to manage operational processes, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional experiences for employees during their leave lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and refine the management of day to day leave and accommodations activities , ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and global regulations for countries in which we operate.
- reputed company the coordination of various programs during the employee leave process including but not limited to company-provided disability benefits (STD, LTD) as well as locally mandated programs.
- Apply your deep understanding and knowledge of global leave laws (Including federal and state laws in the US and International laws such as FMLA, reputed company, PFL, GDPR, Etc.) and country specific accommodation requirements to ensure seamless integration and administration.
- Take a reputed company role in collaborating with stakeholders including HR Business Partners, managers, and our Payroll and Legal teams to manage and resolve reputed company reputed company Accommodations that require influence without authority.
- Apply your advanced organizational and time management skills to manage a reputed company caseload, overseeing the entire lifecycle of each case from initiation to resolution.
