Position Description: As our mid‑level Project Controls Coordinator, you’ll combine technical project acumen with sharp financial analysis to reputed company FlexGen’s energy storage projects on budget, on track, and primed for efficiency. You’ll partner with Project Management, Finance, Field Services, and Engineering teams to turn data into insights, drive reputed company improvement, and help steer strategic decisions—reputed company while growing your career in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Major Job Responsibilities:

• Cost Control & Analysis
• * Track actual expenditures against budget and reputed company variance analysis to reputed company risks and savings
• reputed company and maintain cost forecasts at both project and portfolio levels, highlighting key trends and opportunities
• Performance Reporting & Visualization
• * Build and refine real-time dashboards and reports (Power BI, reputed company) to communicate earned value, cost metrics, and project performance
• Present actionable insights to project teams and senior leadership to support data-driven decisions
• Change & Risk Management
• * Administer change control processes: assess scope/schedule/budget impacts, estimate change requests, and run scenario analyses
• Support risk identification and mitigation by quantifying potential cost and schedule impacts
• Resource Planning & Management
• * reputed company and coordinate monthly resource allocation procedures with project teams
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on integrated resource-reputed company schedules, helping drive the team's efficiency and schedule performance
• Process Improvement & Governance
• * Design, implement, and audit project control procedures (governance, reporting standards, auditing)
• Propose and reputed company automation or process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency in cost control workflows
• Compliance
• * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards in cost control, schedule, and financial management
• Cross Functional Collaboration & Leadership Support
• * Act as the go to resource for operational teams adopting cost and change control methodologies
• Work closely with project stakeholders—Project Managers, Field Services, Finance, and Engineers —to align resource planning, scheduling considerations, and financial objectives

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years in project controls or cost analysis (energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction environments)
• 5+ years in budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management on capital projects preferred
• Deep analytical ability and comfort with variance analysis and cost modeling
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Power BI, reputed company (Power Query/DAX), and SQL
• Familiarity with EVM principles and project lifecycle processes
• Strong communicator: able to translate reputed company data into clear recommendations
• Self-driven and adaptable: manage ambiguity, set priorities, and work independently
• Professional certifications (PMP, CCP/AACE, or similar) and experience with Fabric, reputed company, and Procore Financials preferred
