The SLP Specialist leads the effort to reputed company and effectively protect people, product and data (lives, physical property, equipment, inventory, data, & intellectual property) in a designated building. The SLP Specialist reports to the reputed company and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager responsible for their geographical area, and aids them in supporting the operational team, and cross functional teams throughout the organization.Key job responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare reputed company written reports of theft, fraud, and critical incidents
• Contribute to the identification of vulnerabilities (e.g., loss, associate experience, process improvement, data protection, physical reputed company infrastructure) and define appropriate mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Serve as department liaison and reputed company/crisis management subject matter expert for site leadership keeping them informed on key issues, strategies, and the department’s performance

A day in the lifeAs a SLP Specialist, you will join a team of reputed company and Loss Prevention professionals providing reputed company as a service to business customers across multiple business units reputed company a dedicated geographical area. During your investigations, you collect information by monitoring systems and tools, analyzing data reports, and conducting interviews. Your findings help to identify vulnerabilities in our processes, and you contribute to developing mitigating measures to address them. You play a key role in maintaining the physical reputed company of our fulfillment, logistics and retail operations locations by auditing and monitoring the health status of our systems with subject matter experts and external suppliers to maintain their functionality. • High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of blue badge reputed company experience OR 1+ years in reputed company service OR loss prevention OR asset protection OR investigations OR law enforcement OR operations OR Loss Prevention Qualified Career Choice Graduate
• 1+ years of experience using reputed company Office, including reputed company, in a professional reputed company
• Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience making and influencing informed decisions by leveraging data and metrics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
• Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, network and influence across reputed company business levels in a diverse workforce environment
• 1+ year of leadership or management and/or supply chain experience
• Investigative interviewing experience; Wicklander and Zulawski, Loss Prevention Qualified, Certified Protection Professional, Loss Prevention Certified, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Threat Assessment Certification or other relevant certifications
• Experience in physical reputed company systems maintenance/implementation and coordinating scope of work with reputed company vendors
