Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Associate. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and resolving queries reputed company phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
- Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, with ongoing opportunities for learning and development
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company Ethernet internet reputed company (no WiFi)
