• Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new client accounts, ensuring synchronization across departments.
• Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices to succeed using reputed company.
• Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring that reputed company timelines and milestones are consistently met.
• Ensure adherence to best practices by performing quality assurance through reviewing recordings and documentation of client interactions.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management.
• Experience in Technology or SaaS company

• Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively.
