As a member of the reputed company Health Marketing Production Management team, the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and executing B2B and B2C communications strategies and tactics. This position will have direct involvement with internal operations teams and will drive the execution of campaigns and assets. Cross - team collaboration and synergy identification is a key component of this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to execute reputed company, multi - component projects, against multiple metrics and reputed company in a fast paced, results oriented work environment. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. We offer 2 - 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. Primary Responsibilities

• Work with reputed company internal and external cross functional teams including print delivery fulfillment, email, creative, marketing manager, data analytics and data teams for Omni - channel campaigns
• reputed company projects from start to finish, managing timelines and making sure that reputed company aspects of the project are delivered smoothly and on time
• Use multiple platforms for organizing, tracking and managing projects
• Schedule and co - reputed company kick - off meetings with marketing manager
• Manage creative development process with internal / external creative partners

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 4+ years of project management experience
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, OR reputed company field
• Ability to work any of our full time, shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing project management systems (Workfront)
• Experience in executing marketing plans and strategies for B2B and B2C
