Job Summary

As a Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical issues reputed company Voice, Chat, and Email. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver high-quality customer service at reputed company times. Responsibilities

* Provide Voice/Chat/Email support to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved reputed company and effectively.
