Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, multichannel support to customers in Spanish, utilizing your excellent communication skills, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities
* Provide multichannel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) to customers in Spanish, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of issues
- Utilize department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to resolve reputed company problems and escalate unresolved issues
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating reputed company performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives

Essential Qualifications
* High School or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment
