Job Summary

As a Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our site manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the site manager with facility operations
• Answering phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
• Showing storage units, explaining the terms of rental agreements, and preparing rental reputed company
• Performing general routine property cleanup and minor repair work
• Ensuring that reputed company vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
• Participating in ongoing reputed company education through blithequark University

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys

• Support the site manager with facility operations, including maintenance and repairs
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, providing accurate and timely information

Minimum Qualifications

Work Environment
