Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers inside and reputed company our centers with reputed company products and services
* Using smartphone-based U-reputed company technology to manage rentals and inventory
* Moving and hooking up reputed company trucks and trailers
* Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
* Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
* Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
* Installing hitches and trailer wiring
* Filling propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment)
* Driving a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment)
* Participating in ongoing reputed company education through blithequark University
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
