The Role
As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You'll receive comprehensive training to become an expert on our order platform, restaurant dynamics, and customer support best-practices. Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with our restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-reputed company issues, ensuring seamless execution of daily Group Orders.

- Ensure that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
