- Provide accurate and helpful information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer solutions to help plan members reputed company understand their coverage and reputed company informed decisions about their healthcare
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications
